Nathan has an excellent mix of musculoskeletal management and relaxation by spending time in remedial and Japanese inspired massage therapy clinics in the past. His Personal Training back ground has given him an all-round exposure to case management.
During treatments from Nathan, you can expect a range of techniques, such as myofascial release, trigger points, firm to very firm sports massage, relaxation and deep tissue massage to ensure all clients feel healthy, happy and free from any pain, tightness, or discomfort.
Nathan is excellent at handling postural concerns, tightness in the hips, low back, lower leg and hamstrings and neck areas. You can expect a thorough deep tissue massage with follow up advice including stretches, mobility drills and exercises to enhance the outcome from your massages.

Leah Chiarella
Massage TherapistLeah gained her Diploma of Remedial Massage after having completed her Cert IV in massage therapy, diving right into the industry as soon as she could. Her massage qualifications and treatment styles vary from relaxation/Swedish to sports, remedial, and deep tissue massage. Leah has also done further training in lymphatic drainage massage; a gentle yet powerfully detoxifying massage style which has now become a specialty of hers.
Leah is also a Bachelor-degree qualified naturopath and believes in the importance of looking at the body holistically. This is a big aspect of her treatment approach with massage therapy, as she focuses on wanting to get to the root cause of a problem. Leah also believes in the power of touch, as massage therapy helps to bring focus back to the body, allowing clients to feel empowered by the awareness of what’s going on in their bodies.
Leah has also worked as a piano tutor for over 10 years. All of these experiences have allowed Leah to become a very caring and friendly practitioner. Leah offers 45min, 60min and 90min massage appointment times. She looks forward to treating you! Leah also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Sydney.

Massage TherapistJerry has a keen interest in health and fitness and is an experienced Massage Therapist graduating in 2011. Jerry has practiced within a multidisciplinary environment ever since and enjoys meeting new clients and working on his existing clientele where he has built up a strong following from other clinics within Sydney including Darlinghurst, Clovelly and Newtown.
Jerry’s favourite cases are clients who use remedial massage to manage stress and posture and those who have a few niggles that require regular treatment.
Due to Jerry’s extensive experience, if you have an injury that involves soft tissue care, Jerry can provide you a tailored massage to assist in your recovery! He also likes assisting patients with headache and muscle tension from the active gym goer.
As Jerry is a keen badminton player, he believes strongly in maintaining his health with a proactive approach and enjoys imparting this mindset onto others that have a passion in the sporting field.
Jerry is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Dry Needling Practitioner and Myofascial Cupping.

Robyn specialises in Sports, Remedial, Pregnancy and Oncology Massage. Her treatments include postural assessment, stretching, advanced massage techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
Robyn integrates her skills and care plans to give a complete, individualised & holistic treatment. Robyn has been a former javelin athlete, swimmer & is a keen salsa dancer. Therefore Robyn understands the importance of optimum health & her treatments are performed with ultimate care & dedication. Robyn is also a trained APPI clinical Pilates instructor.
